AJF Studio guides projects from early vision through construction with a design-driven process grounded in clarity, collaboration, and technical expertise. Each project is carefully led to align with the client’s goals while supporting confident, well-informed decision-making at every stage.

Phase 01
Discovery & Design Vision

Phase 03
Technical Documentation & Permitting
Once the design is resolved, we prepare detailed drawings that communicate the project with clarity and precision while coordinating with consultants and supporting a smooth permitting process and construction.

• Builder engagement and bid guidance
Phase 04 Construction Guidance
We provide ongoing support during construction to help safeguard the design intent and assist with thoughtful decision-making as the project takes shape.
Architectural Consulting
